I posted a question asking for help in converting GPS point table into
lines. The one script that worked best for me was from USGS and I provided
a SUM with an incorrect URL to download the extension.

The correct URL is
www.absc.usgs.gov/glba/gistools/

You actually end up with an arcview extension -
the name of the extention is MGRS tool
